ConnTimeout

Raised when a connection timeout occurs during HTTP requests. This exception was used to indicate that an HTTP request to the Fiddler platform timed out while waiting for a response. Timeouts can occur due to network issues, server overload, or requests taking longer than the configured timeout period.
